SERVICES
Booking & Confirmation
All copy coaching sessions, tarot readings, and Done-For-You projects are booked through a secure scheduling link or directly via email. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with details and next steps.
Client Agreement
Before booking, you will be asked to read, review, and sign a Client Agreement outlining specific terms for your chosen service — including fulfillment, cancellation, and rescheduling policies unique to that service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled session.
You may reschedule one time only per service.
Reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as a late cancellation.
Missed appointments and late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products (such as workbooks, courses, or templates) will be delivered via direct download in my online store or sent to your email immediately after payment confirmation.
All digital product sales are final — due to the nature of instant access, no refunds will be issued.
If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, please reach out within 7 days of purchase for support.
