Monthly Retainers
for therapy practices and service-based businesses
You’ve reached a point where growing your business requires a strategic shift in how you operate.
Your copywriting and email marketing are no longer side tasks, nice-to-haves, or “I’ll do it when I have time.”
They are core messaging assets and conversion tools, and essential to maintaining the trust you’ve built with your clients, your community, and your audience.
Yet, continuing to handle them yourself, or delegating them to someone without strong writing chops or attunement to your audience will only create a frustrating bottleneck.
The good news: This is exactly the point where a custom-designed monthly retainer comes in.
With a skilled, savvy writer attending to your core content needs each month, you’re free to nurture what you’ve built and create room for what’s next.
(Maybe you can finally go on the retreat you’ve been eyeing for months?)
Kind Words From Clients
“Highly organized, communicative, enthusiastic. Arianna is passionate about creating the copy you know is in your brain and heart but can't quite put down on paper. She writes creative and technical copy with the person-centered approach of a therapist. I felt encouraged, supported, and held the entire way.”
ILENE SOLOMON GOLD
LCSW, RYT. Discover Peace Within
“Arianna was exactly the person I needed to help get my website copy across the finish line. I really felt like she held my hand through the process. I feel so proud of the work we accomplished together and feel excited to share words that feel representative of my authentic message.”
ERIN KEHRIER
LCSW, ADHD and Trauma Therapist
When you’re no longer managing every detail of your content, what becomes possible?
With more spaciousness in your schedule, creative ideas may surface, true time away becomes possible, and the business you’ve built continues to hum along — without you scrambling to write your newsletter every Sunday night.
Ahhhhh.
“If there were such a thing as a copy therapist, Ari would be it!”
“Equal parts encouraging and efficient, Ari has a deep skill in helping you clarify your message so you can speak about how you serve your clients in a way that makes you feel excited, supported, and invigorated. I have already had folks let us know how our website copy really spoke to them.
Ari was so flexible with how to spend our time—working on service pages, editing employment pages, and making suggestions on pages already written.
She was also magnificently organized, so I felt confident she was using time wisely and staying on track with our primary goals.”
Katie Fries, LCSW, RPT, Group Practice Owner,
“Ari was so attentive, responsive, and genuinely fun to work with.”
“I really felt like she held my hand through the process while also encouraging and empowering me in my own writing. Whenever I got lost or second-guessed myself, she knew exactly the right questions to ask. She also helped me realistically organize my time and stay accountable, which was key for me since writing is something I often dread.”
— Carmen Schmidt Benedetti, LMFT

Delegating your content isn’t just a business decision. It’s an emotional one, too.
When you’ve been managing your content (aka the front-facing expression of your business) since the very beginning of time, it can feel nerve-wracking to imagine someone doing it who isn’t…well, you.
That’s why, for most business owners, the biggest hesitation around a retainer isn’t necessarily time or expense; it’s a question of trust. “Is someone else capable of approaching my content with the same thought and care?”
My reply: My intention isn’t to do your content as well as you did. It’s to do it better.
I’m here to help eliminate the content-clog in your business and skillfully craft words to carry your vision forward. so you can grow your audience, attract more clients, and sustain the foundation you’ve built.
Know this, too: as a licensed therapist, I’m basically a professional trust-builder. I know there’s more to our retainer agreement than giving you pretty words each month (although that is important). A working relationship, built on clarity and communication, comes with the package.
Yes, you in the back. What’s your question?
-
Retainers are month-to-month agreements with a clear set of deliverables. Each month, we focus on the content assets in your selected package. We’ll confirm what we’re working on ahead of time so everything is clear before I begin.
-
We’ll identify priorities together. Some clients prefer to plan several months ahead, while others decide month by month based on hiring, launches, or shifts in specialties. We’ll figure out the cadence that works best for you and your business.
-
Retainers are typically for a minimum of 5-6 months. This allows enough time for us to settle into a solid rhythm.
-
Deliverables don’t roll over. Time and capacity are reserved each month. Planning ahead will ensure that your deliverables are used.
-
I got you. Additional projects can be quoted separately and added to your package on an as-needed basis. Retainers are designed to cover your ongoing content needs, but there may be seasons of your business that may require more content (i.e., launches, adding a new team member, or streamlining a new service)
-
Retainers are best for established businesses that know their core content needs, are comfortable delegating, can offer clear feedback on brand voice, audience needs, and offers, and have a VA or OBM who can handle related tech or admin tasks (such as uploading emails or adding content to a website).
